Herrera replied, “No! Mexicans need to change Mexico – in Mexico.  But, instead, they want to live the lifestyle of  the Anglo, the Americans, in the United States.  They want the same rights as Americans. Mexicans need to return to Mexico and stop residing  illegally in the (USA).”
