Above video – one of  four Spanish language  Wells Fargo billboards – three in Hesperia, CA and one in Apple Valley, CA – replaced with English language billboards.  The new English language billboards were first observed on the morning of Saturday, September 26th – the morning of  the appointed launch of  the campaign that would have called upon High Desert residents to close their Wells Fargo bank accounts.
