CLIP 1: Above video, in Spanish, Host Maria Elvira asked Raymond Herrera what he would do if he were in Arizona as she stated he would be “picked up” for being a Latino under Arizona’s SB 1070. Translation of Herrera’s response:  “Here is the truth – we are going to enforce the law.  We don’t have anything against Latinos.  Look, I am not a Mexican,  they are not going against “Raymond” – I am an American.  We are going to enforce the law.  Thank you Arizona and thank you Sheriff Arpaio.”

CLIP 2: Above video, in Spanish, as an attorney who opposes SB 1070, termed it a “hate bill” and called for comprehensive immigration reform. Herrera said, “These are lies.  Immigrants are here legally.  Illegal aliens are the focus – enforce the law.  The reform should be inside of Mexico.”
