CA pro-Illegal alien DREAM activists http://dreamactivistca.org/ and protestors stationed and were allowed to block the driveway of the Los Angeles Federal Building Law Officers’ parking structure. ICE offices are located in the Federal Building.  A  federal  law enforcement bus was in view, behind the gate of the entrance.  At first law officers stood in front of the gated garage.  However, after the protestors swarmed and chanted in the vicinity – in what appeared to be a “stand down” mode - toward the end of video,  you will see the law officers move behind the gate.

CA pro-Illegal alien DREAM activists http://dreamactivistca.org/Unafraid and Undocumented students spoke from  a bull horn, often chiding ICE officers, who were stationed nearby observing.  As I began to film the UNAFRAID  speakers, one of their organizers approached me, put his hand over my camera, and said I was “not supposed to be on this side.”
