The Obama Administration Department of Homeland Security Secretary Janet Napolitano crafted a memorandum granting illegal aliens 30 years of age and under that meet certain criteria amnesty. The administrative amnesty plan was implemented on 8/15/12 via the US Citizenship and Immigration Services. In opposition, citizens protested the launch of the amnesty program at the San Bernardino, CA, USCIS satellite office on the date the program commenced. http://www.uscis.gov/
